Why We're Expanding Beyond Amazon MCP Training (And What's Coming)

Lucrivo started as Amazon MCP training — and that's still our core. But we're expanding to serve all ecommerce businesses with GEO compliance audits, cross-platform AI workflows, and strategic services. Here's why.

Lucrivo
Ecommerce intelligence and AI workflows

Key Takeaways

  • Lucrivo started as Amazon MCP training — connecting Helium10, Jungle Scout, and Pacvue to AI assistants
  • We're expanding to serve all ecommerce businesses — not just Amazon sellers
  • New offering: GEO Compliance Audits for US stores expanding to EU/UK markets (GDPR, consumer rights, accessibility)
  • Amazon MCP training remains our core — we're not abandoning our roots, we're growing from them
  • Coming later: GEO Compliance Course — self-serve training for EU/UK ecommerce regulations

Why We Started With Amazon MCP

When we launched Lucrivo, we had a specific thesis:

Amazon sellers pay for powerful tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue) but export everything to spreadsheets. The pain wasn't lack of data — it was the time spent stitching it together.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) changed that. Connect Helium10 to Claude, and suddenly keyword research takes 3 minutes instead of 30. PPC audits happen in natural language. Competitor analysis doesn't require manual exports.

We built Amazon MCP training because:

  1. We spent 12+ years managing 200+ Amazon brands (we lived the pain)
  2. Amazon sellers are willing to pay for tools ($99–$400/month for Helium10)
  3. MCP is genuinely transformative — 20x faster workflows aren't hype

And it worked. Amazon MCP Mastery became our flagship product.

The Problem We Kept Hearing

But as we talked to more ecommerce businesses, we kept hearing variations of the same problem:

From Shopify/WooCommerce Sellers:

"We love what you're doing with Amazon tools. Do you have anything for us? We're drowning in Google Analytics exports and manual SEO audits."

From Amazon Sellers Expanding to EU:

"We're launching on Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de. Our lawyer mentioned GDPR compliance, cookie consent, consumer rights regulations... we're completely lost."

From DTC Brands:

"We don't sell on Amazon, but we use similar tools (SEMrush, Klaviyo, Google Analytics). Can you teach us AI workflows for our stack?"

The pain wasn't Amazon-specific. It was ecommerce-wide.

Every online seller is:

  • Drowning in data (Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRMs)
  • Doing manual reporting (weekly exports, spreadsheet stitching)
  • Scared of compliance (GDPR, accessibility, consumer rights)
  • Behind on AI adoption (ChatGPT exists, but how do you use it?)

What We're Adding (Without Losing Our Core)

1. GEO Compliance Audits (Available Now)

The problem: US-based ecommerce stores expanding to EU/UK markets face a maze of regulations:

  • GDPR: Data protection, cookie consent, privacy policies
  • Consumer Rights: Return policies, refund terms, subscription disclosures
  • Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards for disabled users
  • ePrivacy: Cookie banners, tracking consent

Most US sellers either:

  1. Ignore it (risk: fines, legal issues, lost trust)
  2. Hire expensive lawyers ($5K–$15K for compliance review)

Our solution: Fixed-price GEO compliance audit ($TBD, scoped by site complexity)

Deliverables:

  • GDPR and cookie consent audit
  • Consumer rights compliance check (returns, refunds, terms)
  • Accessibility review (WCAG 2.1 Level AA)
  • Privacy policy and legal text review
  • Prioritized remediation roadmap

Who it's for: US ecommerce brands expanding to EU/UK, or existing EU sellers needing verification.

2. Cross-Platform AI Workflow Consulting

The problem: MCP works for Amazon tools, but what about:

  • Shopify + Google Analytics?
  • Klaviyo + Meta Ads?
  • SEMrush + Ahrefs?

Our solution: Custom prompt library setup — we build tailored AI workflows for your specific tech stack.

Deliverables:

  • Discovery session on your tools and daily workflows
  • Custom prompt library organized by role (ops, marketing, reporting)
  • Documentation and team handoff

Who it's for: Ecommerce businesses (Amazon or not) who want AI automation beyond MCP.

3. Amazon Services (Same Expertise, Now Organized Better)

We've always offered Amazon-specific services — now they're easier to find:

  • Amazon PPC Management: Hands-on campaign management for brands spending $5K+/month
  • Inventory Health: FBA inventory audits, reorder planning, liquidation strategy
  • Forecasting: 12-month demand planning by SKU
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monthly competitor briefs, rank tracking, launch alerts
  • Listing Optimization: Data-backed rewrites for better conversion

What's Coming: GEO Compliance Course

After auditing 50+ stores for GDPR/consumer rights compliance, we're seeing common patterns. Instead of everyone paying for custom audits, we're building a self-serve GEO Compliance Course (launching Q4 2026).

What it will include:

  • GDPR compliance checklist for ecommerce
  • Cookie consent setup guide (+ recommended tools)
  • Consumer rights templates (returns, refunds, subscriptions)
  • Accessibility audit walkthrough (WCAG 2.1 Level AA)
  • Privacy policy generator

Pricing: TBD (likely $199–$299 one-time)

What's NOT Changing

We want to be crystal clear: Amazon MCP training is still our core.

Here's what's staying the same:

Helium10 MCP Mastery — Still our flagship product
Amazon expertise — We're not diluting our Amazon knowledge
Operator-built — Still designed by people who've run brands, not theorists
Tool mastery focus — Still teaching workflows, not generic AI hype
Support & quality — Same hands-on approach, same high standards

What's changing: We're acknowledging that the pain we solve (data overwhelm, manual reporting, compliance confusion) exists beyond Amazon. So we're expanding our services to help.

Why This Makes Sense

You might be thinking: "Why dilute your focus? Amazon MCP is working."

Fair question. Here's why we're confident this is the right move:

1. Our skills transfer

  • GDPR compliance for Amazon sellers → GDPR compliance for all ecommerce
  • AI workflows for Helium10 → AI workflows for any tool with an API
  • Data analysis for Amazon PPC → Data analysis for Meta/Google Ads

2. Customer cross-pollination

  • Amazon sellers expanding to Shopify need both MCP + SEO help
  • DTC brands discover us via GEO audit, then learn about MCP for Amazon expansion
  • Agencies managing multi-channel clients need both skillsets

3. We're solving the same core problem

Whether you're on Amazon, Shopify, or WooCommerce:

  • Too much data, not enough insights
  • Manual reporting eating your time
  • Compliance scaring you
  • AI feels out of reach

Our solution is the same: Turn your tech stack into competitive intelligence.

After (Ecommerce-Wide)

✅ Amazon sellers (still our core!)

FAQ

Will Amazon MCP courses get less attention?

No. Amazon MCP is our flagship. We're still updating courses, adding new prompts, and supporting Amazon sellers first.

Are you abandoning Amazon sellers?

Absolutely not. We started here, and it's still 80%+ of our business. We're just helping other ecommerce businesses with the same pain.

Will pricing change?

No. MCP courses stay the same price. GEO audits and new services are separate offerings.

Why should I trust you with non-Amazon stuff?

Fair question. Here's our credibility beyond Amazon:

  • GDPR compliance experience from Amazon.co.uk/Amazon.de launches
  • 12+ years ecommerce ops (not just Amazon)
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads certified
  • We're not pivoting — we're expanding from a position of strength

When will the GEO compliance course launch?

Q4 2026 (October–December). Join the waitlist on our Services page.

Final Thoughts

Lucrivo started as Amazon MCP training. That will always be our core — we're the best at it, and we're not walking away.

But we realized something: The pain isn't Amazon-specific. Every ecommerce business drowns in data, does manual reporting, and struggles with compliance.

So we're expanding — same expertise, broader reach.

If you're an Amazon seller, nothing changes. You still get world-class MCP training.

If you're a Shopify store, DTC brand, or expanding to EU markets — welcome. We're building for you now.
